2025 ChiRunning & ChiWalking Instructor Training (CRCWIT)
Becoming a Certified Instructor in ChiRunning and ChiWalking is a deeply rewarding journey. It empowers you to help others move with ease, joy, and confidence, unlocking potential they never imagined, while transforming your own experience of movement and teaching.

- Last date for registration – 26 Jun 2025.
- Course commences in first week of July 2025.
About the CRCWIT Program
Through this training, you will gain the skills and confidence to teach ChiRunning and ChiWalking techniques effectively in both group and private settings. This comprehensive four-month hybrid training combines online and in-person learning:
- 24 hours of live online group instruction
- 8 hours of in-person, 1-on-1 instruction during the CRCWIT Weekend (2 full days, preferably at Pune / Mumbai)
Enrollment Requirements
To qualify for the Instructor Training Program, you should:
- Be familiar with the knowledge and techniques of ChiWalking and ChiRunning.
- Preferably should have attended a live workshop or received private instruction from a Certified Instructor
Program Fees
- Registration Fee: ₹95,000 (one-time payment)
Note:
This does not include travel, lodging, or other expenses for the CRCWIT Weekend. These are to be arranged and covered by the candidate.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancel at least 14 days before the CRCWIT Weekend to receive a refund, minus a ₹5,000 processing fee.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
- In the rare case the training is rescheduled or cancelled by the Instructor, you will receive a full refund.
Training Format
- Weekly online sessions (1–2 hours)
- Soft copy of the Instructor Manual and ChiRunning book by Danny Dreyer provided
- Three online quizzes prior to CRCWIT Weekend
- CRCWIT Weekend includes final quiz, peer teaching assessments, and form analysis
Certification Requirements
To become certified, candidates must:
- Attend at least 80% of online sessions
- Score 90% or higher on the 3 online quizzes and the final exam
- Attend the CRCWIT Weekend
- Post CRCWIT:
- Complete 10 hours of pro bono ChiRunning instruction and 4 hours of pro bono ChiWalking instruction.
- Submit teaching videos and receive feedback on instruction and form.
Maintaining Certification
To maintain active certification, Instructors must:
- Remain current on licensing fees and have a Signed Contract and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) on file with ChiRunning India.
- Complete biennial recertification, which includes:
- Assisting a Master Instructor at a workshop (evaluated on teaching and form)
- Submitting a self-assessment video demonstrating your ChiRunning and ChiWalking form
