Half Day (4 hours) Workshop
Half Day (4 hours) Workshop includes basic of running & walking like Posture, Ankle Lift, Arm Swing & Starting to Walk or Run.
Full (8 hours) / Two Day (4 hours each day) Workshop
Full (8 hours) / Two Day (4 hours each day) Workshop includes basics plus Cadence, Hill Running, Stride Length, Breathing & Body Looseners.
