Life on the run

Anand

I don’t remember a time when I have enjoyed running. I don’t even now. But I dislike it a little less today and belive that I will love it some day. That hope has been the gift that Avdhesh has given me. And so will ever be indebted to Chi Running and him.

It’s been almost five years that I participated in his first workshop at Akhnoor. Inspite of battling with knee pain, Avdhesh mentored us in his friendly, simple and lucid ways to make running a part of our daily lives. Thereafter, he trained the instructors at a training centre in Kamptee. This was an eyeopener for the instructors, who were the best in the business. They were able to bring about a quantum improvement in the running technique and injury prevention of the Agniveers.

Avdhesh is a great teacher, he is a better human being. The seamless manner in which he conflates physical and mental well being with running percolates to his workshops. He is always around to be a willing listener and a guide to running and life.

We wish you the very best Avdhesh and are sure that you will continue spreading happiness in many more lives, like you have done for us.
