I had attended Chi Running workshop by Danny Dreyer on 16 Nov 2024 at Mumbai. The Chi running aims to increase running efficiency by synchronizing your full body as you run. The main propulsion comes from core muscles rather than the legs.
I could get immediate results as I got my first ever Podium in a 10k event held at CME Pune on 17 Nov 2024. Since then I consciously focus on my running posture and last seven of my races I could achieve consecutive PBs, Boston qualification with a cushion of 14min and improvement by 11 min in my FM timing i.e 3.01.17 at NDM 2025.
I recommend all runnes to attend Chi Running workshops and start implementing the principles in their running for efficient and injury free running.
